Task-1, Rename VMFS data store
we are going to start lab 9 which is about managing VMFS data store fisrt of all go to the storage pan, right click on datastore1 and rename it
Task-2 Create VMFS data store for host ESXi
go to the host and cluster>datacenter>ESXihost>storage>new datastore
it is must that you should select VMFS and go next
enter the name and seclect host drive location i selected LUN 0 and go next
select VMFS 6
choose the size of datastore like 10 GB and click next
Task -3 Expand a VMFS to consume the unused space .
Task 4 Remove VMFS data store
it is very simple just go to delete and it will done
Task-5 extend a VMFS data store
Task -6 Create a second shared VMFS data store using iSCSi
this is the end of lab 9 its easy to do
